Just after we pass Laurel Bluff, we pass Cow Rock Run (Which is so small that it is not even noticeable).  Dunbar Creek turns to the right as it collides with a slag bank.  Just after the turn, we come upon the intact Irishtown Run Railroad Bridge and then the walled in confluence of Dunbar Creek with Irishtown Run.

On the east bank of Dunbar Creek, across from Irishtown Run Confluence, signs of progress in water conservation are evident in the form of manholes and other parts for the new sewage system which is being installed in the town of Dunbar in 2000 and 2001 with a Community Block Grant.

Much of the course of the stream from this point to town is restricted with standing and fallen walls..
