Tipple Rapid Up Close 		       The Catch Release Fly Fishing Only Project Area's lower end is located just above Dunbar Quarry Tipple.  It is marked by a sign hanging from a cable that is stretched across the stream a few hundred feet upstream from the tipple.

     There are a number of deep holes associated with the stream's approach and passing of the standing and fallen tipple piers.  These pools are the location where the Dunbar Sportsmen's Club holds it annual "Kids Day", giving young anglers the opportunity to catch beautiful trout, without competition from adult anglers.  It is generally a well attended event.  In 2000, there were over 75 youth in attendance.  Many of them caught their limit.
